Booking and payment on-line

Bookings must be paid in full upon booking. The payment is made through the website by credit card Note: Rates and availability are subject to change before you have officially booked.

Promotion: promotion cannot be combined with others unless stated otherwise.

Vat: The price includes 10% VAT

 

 

Cancellation policy - Cancellations by guest

 

Cancellationsmust be notified by email bookings@gastrogrouphotel.com or phone +34966942101. 

 

01/01 - 30/06

Free cancellation:  3 days before arrival. 

Less then 3 days before arrival: 50% penalty. 

 

01/07 - 31/08

Free cancellation: 7 days before arrivals. 

Less then 7  days before arrival: 50% penalty.

01/09 - 31/12

Free cancellation:  5 days before arrival. 

Less then 5 days before arrival: 50% penalty.

 

Please bear in mind that all the expenses concerning the refund will be supported by you. We recommend to have a cancellation insurance.

 

Cancelation policy long-stay reservations (28 + nights)

Free cancelation up to 14 days before arrival

14 - 0 days before arrival: 100% cancelation fee 

 

Cancellation by Gastro Group Hotel

Gastro Group Hotel refund the full amount paid. 

 

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 14:00 pm and 16:00 pm. (Request information for check-in at other hours)

After 16.00:00 pm:
Keys must be collected from key boxes at the entrances of the building. The guest will receive a message with a code to open the box. Please let us know in advance advance if you arrive late. It is mandatory to complete the onlne check-in. The guest will receive a email with a link to complete the check-in online. Its also possible to send a photo of ID / Passport of all guests in advance for check-in outside reception hours.

 

 

Check-out:

Check-out is until 11 am. 
Check out out of office hourse, keys can be left in a mail box in the reception.
Late check-out: Available on request. 

 

Cleaning and maintenance

The apartment will be cleaned before guests arrival. Guests must leave the property in a reasonable condition. Cleaning and linens are included on the total amount of the booking. Cleanind and change of bed linen and towls once a week on bookings of 7 nights and more. During summer season: change of bed linen and towels every 4 days. 

 

Behavior

Every guest must respect the house rules. Don´t forget that you are going to stay in residential buildings. Parties and loud music are forbidden because it can disturb neighbors and they can complaint to the police. If so, it can result in an immediate eviction and guests will lose the total cost of the booking. Refund is impossible.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. 

Insurance

Guests are responsible for any damages caused in the property. We recommend guests to get an insurance.
